First I want to mention that when I was first introduced to Plexus, I wanted nothing to do with it! In fact, I was so against it that my wife started taking Plexus behind my back!!! Well that's changed, and here's my story...

What a difference a year can make!

I started my health journey in December of 2016. At that time I was extremely tired, cranky/irritable, and was snapping at my wife and kids for the smallest of things. I always got sick every couple months and had severe allergies (dogs, foods, seasonal) and felt bloated ALL THE TIME.  The breaking point for me was when I was coming home from a business trip.  On the airplane, I was so tired, and so heavy, that I couldn't even lift my carry-on bag into the overhead compartment and I needed to have help doing so. I will never forget almost falling over when I tried to lift my bag that was not even big or heavy!  I simply was too fat and lacked the energy to lift it.

That December, my wife and I hired a nutritionist and fitness specialist. In the first 3 months of his program I was eating very clean keto and taking very clean non-plexus supplements. I lost around 35 pounds. I was feeling better, but was still having the allergies, illnesses, and now had trouble going to the bathroom.  It seemed like I could go days without a bowel movement, and that seemed normal.

Fast forward to July of 2017. In a weight loss plateau, a friend introduced me to Plexus. As I said, I wanted nothing to do with it. I was already taking clean supplements that I thought were the best out there.  At the end of July, after I found out my wife was on the Plexus, and so I tried the pink drink. It was good, so I said I would give it a try and I started Triplex.

Two months later, my weight loss plateau was well over and I had dropped an additional 15 pounds, my stomach issues and bloating are completely nonexistant, and I can give my dogs a bath without breaking out into hives and sneezing uncontrollably! Since starting Plexus, I have not been sick a very time. My short temper is no more and it shows daily(just ask my wife and kids)!

Since mid-2017, I have replaced almost all of my other supplements with Plexus. And I can honestly say by the way I feel on a daily basis, Plexus has changed my life.
