What's coming in 2022?  Well, I've decided to commit to my health even further!  

As a father, I want to be a positive example to my children.  Those who know my story, know about the 65+ pounds that I cut in 2016.  Well since then 30 pounds have been creeping back on.  The Covid pandemic, remote learning, remote working, lack of gym access, you name it.  All those things contributed to some of the weight coming back.  I'm still on the positive side by far, and I'm not letting more weight come back on.

So, I'm committing to me and I hope you commit to you in 2022!  Your health goal, your energy goals, your financial goals, your life goals.  Whatever committing to you in 2022 means, let's work on them together and hold each other accountable. 

Where am I starting?  Glad you asked.  Monday, January 3rd will kick off a two month stretch of keto.  Yes, I yo-yo diet, and I'm proud of it.  Keto, the gym, and supplementation are powerful tools that work together to to cut fat (notice I say fat, not muscle) rapidly.  Using these tools, 2022 is going to start with the strong expectation that 25 pounds at a minimum will be gone before March 1st!  The actual goal is 30+ pounds, but I'm leaving some room in there for my wine on the weekends.

How can this be that successful and easy?  It's simple.  I've already planned every single dinner from January 3rd through February 25th.  Every lunch will be a sandwich on keto bread with a green leafy vegitable. And every breakfast will consist of a meat and leafy vegitable.  From there, my calendar will have gym time on it that I will ensure I attend every day!  Each day of the week will have a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio (only getting heart rate to 130-135, message me if you want to know why this is important!).  In addition, 4-5 days a week will consist of targeted weight training.  Last but not least, for health, enerty stabiliztion, and muscle growth, I'll be adding in some key supplements.
