1 Quart Apple Cider |
Smoked Pulled Pork ~ Keto Friendly Directions
- Mix BBQ Dry Rub ingredients together
- Use about 1/4 of the dry rub and rub the pork butt
- Place pork butt into a large bowl and fill bowl with apple cider covering the entire pork butt
- Cover and refridgerate for a minimum of 12 hours.
- Prepare smoker to 200 to 225 degrees
- Pour cider brine into the water pan of the smoker
- Smoke until internal temp is 165 degrees, every hour spray the pork butt with an apple sider spritz
- Remove pork butt and wrap it in tin foil
- Add wrapped pork butt back to the smoker and continue to smoke until internal temp is 195 degrees
- Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Unwrap tin foil, becareful as it will stream and is very hot.
- shred pork butt and serve!
