Smoked Ribs ~ Keto Friendly Directions
- Allow ribs to sit until they reach room temperature
- Remove the skin (loosen it, then use a paper towel to pull the skin off)
- Mix all seasonings for the dry rub
- Apply dry rub to the entire slab of ribs (if desired, apply mustard to the ribs before the dry rub, but in my experience, I did not have to do this and they still came out amazing)
- Preheat smoker to between 180 and 225 degrees
- Add ribs and smoke until the internal temp is 170.
- About every hour, spray with an apple sider spritz
- Once the internal temp hits 170 degrees, remove the ribs and wrap them in tin foil.
- Add the ribs back to the smoker until the internal temp hits 195 degrees
- Remove the ribs and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Remove from tin foil (be careful as steam will come out of the tin foil, and the ribs will be extremely hot!)
- Let sit another 5 minutes, cut, and serve!
