Smoked Ribs ~ Keto Friendly Directions

    1. Allow ribs to sit until they reach room temperature
    2. Remove the skin (loosen it, then use a paper towel to pull the skin off)
    3. Mix all seasonings for the dry rub
    4. Apply dry rub to the entire slab of ribs (if desired, apply mustard to the ribs before the dry rub, but in my experience, I did not have to do this and they still came out amazing)
    5. Preheat smoker to between 180 and 225 degrees
    6. Add ribs and smoke until the internal temp is 170.
    7. About every hour, spray with an apple sider spritz
    8. Once the internal temp hits 170 degrees, remove the ribs and wrap them in tin foil.
    9. Add the ribs back to the smoker until the internal temp hits 195 degrees
    10. Remove the ribs and let them rest for 10 minutes.
    11. Remove from tin foil (be careful as steam will come out of the tin foil, and the ribs will be extremely hot!)
    12. Let sit another 5 minutes, cut, and serve!
