Chicken Alfredo

1 Bag Frozen Broccoli (Approx. 3 Cups)
2 Large Chicken Breast
1 Jar Alfredo Sauce (Approx. 1.75 Cups)
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
1/4 Cup Graded Parmesan Cheese

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
    2. In a 16 x 9 baking dish, add entire bag (10-12 oz) of frozen broccoli
    3. Cut chicken breasts in to 1-2 inch pieces and layer on top of the broccoli
    4. Layer the alfredo sauce on top of the chicken and broccoli.  Try to cover as much as you can.
    5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the entire dish
    6. Sprinkle salt and pepper over entire dish
    7. Add layer of mozzarella cheese
    8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbling
    9. Remove from oven, and let sit for 5 minutes before serving
    10. Enjoy!

  • Cut the casserole into 15 equal squares (3 rows of 5 squares)
