Keto Low Carb Noodless Lasagna

1 Lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
1 Lb Ground Mild Italian Sausage
1 1/2 Cups Tim's Low Carb Pizza Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
4 Oz Plain Goat Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Low Carb Noodless Lasagna Directions

    1. Make Tim's Low Carb Pizza Sauce and set aside 1.5 cups.  Store the rest for future recipes.
    2. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
    3. Brown the ground beef and Italian sausage together. At the start of cooking the meat, sprinkle garlic power evenly across all of the meat.
    4. Drain the meat and transfer the browned meat to a 13 x 9 baking dish.
    5. Add 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and mix well with the meat.
    6. Add a layer of Tim's Low Carb Pizza Sauce spreading evenly across the entire dish.
    7. Crumble and sprinkle goat cheese (you can use ricotta cheese in place of the goat cheese) evenly over the dish.
    8. Layer the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
    9. Bake at 400 degrees until top cheese layer starts to brown or achieves desired level of doneness. (approximately 15-25 minutes)
    10. Remove from oven and cut into 12 even squares
